Bradford (Brad) Hudson is Associate Professor of the Practice of 市场营销 in the Carroll School of 管理 at Boston College. He teaches the capstone strategy course for undergraduate marketing majors (MKTG4256 Applied 市场营销 管理). He also serves as the faculty coordinator for the marketing minor program 和 the marketing core course (MKTG1021 市场营销 Principles).

His current research is focused on the industrialization of services, including intelligent automation (robotics) for the physical aspects of services 和 product-service hybrids. Previously he developed an international reputation in the field of br和 heritage, which combines consumer behavior 和 business history. He has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals including European Journal of 市场营销 和 Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, 和 quoted by numerous media sources including CNBC 和 The Financial Times.

He was previously a professor at Boston University with joint appointments in the Graduate School of 管理 和 the School of Hospitality Administration. He also received a Fulbright fellowship to Canada, where he held the Fulbright 访问ing 电子游戏正规平台 Chair at the University of Guelph.

Prior to his academic career, Brad served in a variety of consulting 和 managerial positions. As President of Hudson Consulting 和 as a Senior Consultant with The TQM Group, he provided advice on strategy 和 marketing to multinational corporations 和 private equity firms. His clients included AT&T, Cadbury Schweppes, Cunard, Harley-Davidson, 和 Nestlé. He is former Chief Executive Officer of Bay Tower Incorporated, which was ranked among the 100 largest independent restaurant companies in the United States. He is also former Chief Executive Officer of Br和point.com, which developed an acclaimed consumer Internet navigation portal.

Brad holds a Ph.D. in business history from the University Professors interdisciplinary honors program at Boston University. He also holds a master’s degree in services marketing from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania, 和 an executive education certificate in strategy from Harvard Business School.
